3D Virtual Tour of Downtown Los Angeles Restaurant to quickly attract buyers and investors worldwide

Our latest 3D Virtual Tour is a gorgeous restaurant for lease in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. This beautiful commercial property posed a unique challenge since it features 2 outdoor patio areas that the client wanted to include in the virtual tour. For those not familiar with how the Matterport 3D camera works, it uses 3 infrared cameras for capturing depth and distance information. This works great indoors, but does not work outdoors in sunlight since the infrared light from sunlight interferes with the infrared cameras. Our team paid an initial visit to the site to assess the lighting at various times of the day. Since the building is surrounded by multiple high-rise buildings, they provided a perfect amount of shade at around 6 PM. Furthermore, at 6 PM there was plenty of ambient light to shoot the virtual tour. With some initial legwork, we were able to provide a complete 3D virtual tour of not only the interior, but also the exterior of the property to fully highlight all the features of this commercial property.
